What is Mass Creativity?
Mass Creativity is a series of outreach workshops designed to inspire imagination and creativity, and make hands-on art-making accessible to those that might not otherwise have the opportunity to experience it. Each year the Mass Creativity program consists of complimentary workshops in diverse communities in San Diego that take place throughout April-June and culminate in a free all-day event at the Museum.

PEOPLE + PLACES PROJECT
People + Places Project in Hillcrest, San Diego, CA
The mission of the People + Places Project is to provide an inclusive space for communities to share stories about who they are and places that they have lived.
Our vision is to provide people of all ages with fun and creative outlets to think, play, create and make a media landscape that is reflection of their communities. We hope to give adults the tools to communicate and revisit memories that influence their choices to give the youth what they wish they had growing up. The People + Places Project serves the community through art-making, workshops and events.
